Cable Terminal Fault Prejudgment and State Evaluation System

Due to the large power fluctuation of new energy projects and the breathing effect of cable terminals, the cable terminal failure of Fengguang Project has become the main failure point of the power transmission and transformation part of the project. In order to reduce the failure loss, Beijing Yuanneng has cooperated with well-known universities in China to develop a state evaluation system for cable terminal failure prediction and life cycle state evaluation.
35 kV cable terminal fault prediction and status evaluation system to achieve functions
1. By constructing the temperature field model of the cable intermediate joint and the terminal joint, combined with the temperature measurement system of the cable terminal and the current value through the cable terminal, the cable terminal monitoring is realized;
2. Combined with the cable terminal temperature current monitoring results and other monitoring parameters, through the construction of prediction model, the temperature field characteristics of the prediction, the establishment of a comprehensive consideration of the temperature amplitude size and trend parameters of the early warning model, to achieve the cable terminal fault prediction and automatic generation of analysis reports;
3. Through the construction of cable terminal evaluation index analysis system, the historical data, monitoring data and test data are analyzed, the status evaluation results of the cable terminal are obtained and the analysis report is generated, and the full life cycle observation of the change of the cable terminal status is realized;
4. According to the characteristics of the scenery project, the system is developed based on GIS system, combined with the data security requirements of the power system, the system can realize the local deployment of the project, realize the predictable failure of the whole life cycle of the cable terminal, and realize the state evaluation of the whole life cycle.
